Job Summary / ملخص الوظيفة

The Arabic Language Supervisor ensures the effective delivery of Arabic language and Islamic studies programs, aligning with both international school standards and Saudi Ministry of Education requirements. The role includes instructional leadership, curriculum development, teacher mentoring, and co-curricular enrichment.

يشرف مشرف(ة) اللغة العربية على تنفيذ برامج اللغة العربية والدراسات الإسلامية بكفاءة، بما يتماشى مع معايير المدارس الدولية ومتطلبات وزارة التعليم السعودية. يشمل الدور القيادة التعليمية، وتطوير المناهج، وتوجيه المعلمين، وتعزيز الأنشطة المصاحبة.

Key Responsibilities / المسؤوليات الرئيسية

Academic Leadership / القيادة الأكاديمية

• Supervise Arabic and Islamic Studies curriculum planning and implementation.
  الإشراف على تخطيط وتنفيذ مناهج اللغة العربية والدراسات الإسلامية.
• Ensure alignment with MOE standards and international school expectations.
  ضمان التوافق مع معايير وزارة التعليم وتوقعات المدارس الدولية.
• Monitor student progress and support differentiated instruction.
  متابعة تقدم الطلاب ودعم استراتيجيات التعليم المتمايز.

Teachers Development / تطوير الكادر الأكاديمي

• Mentor Arabic language teachers and provide regular feedback.
  توجيه معلمي اللغة العربية وتقديم التغذية الراجعة المستمرة.
• Lead professional development workshops and peer observations.
  قيادة ورش العمل التطويرية والملاحظات الصفية التبادلية.

Curriculum Innovation / الابتكار في المناهج

• Integrate modern teaching strategies, including digital tools and project-based learning.
  دمج استراتيجيات التعليم الحديثة، بما في ذلك الأدوات الرقمية والتعلم القائم على المشاريع.
• Promote Arabic language appreciation through literature, poetry, and cultural texts.
  تعزيز حب اللغة العربية من خلال الأدب والشعر والنصوص الثقافية.

Co-Curricular Activities / الأنشطة المصاحبة للمناهج

Organize and supervise Arabic-focused events such as:

• Arabic Language Week / أسبوع اللغة العربية
• Poetry Recitation Competitions / مسابقات الإلقاء الشعري
• Arabic Calligraphy Workshops / ورش الخط العربي
• Cultural Heritage Exhibitions / معارض التراث الثقافي
• Quran Memorization and Tafsir Circles / حلقات تحفيظ وتفسير القرآن الكريم

Community Engagement / التواصل المجتمعي

• Foster strong communication with parents regarding student progress and cultural initiatives.
  تعزيز التواصل مع أولياء الأمور حول تقدم الطلاب والمبادرات الثقافية.
• Collaborate with other departments to support bilingual and cross-cultural events.
  التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لدعم الفعاليات الثنائية اللغة والثقافية.

Data and Reports / التقارير والبيانات

• Create academic reports for the department based on data analysis.
  إعداد التقارير الأكاديمية للقسم بناءً على تحليلات البيانات.
• Send regular reports to the direct supervisor.
  إرسال التقارير بشكل دوري إلى المسؤول المباشر.

Qualifications & Experience / المؤهلات والخبرة

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arabic Language, Education, or Islamic Studies.
  درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في اللغة العربية أو التربية أو الدراسات الإسلامية.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  خبرة لا تقل عن ٥ سنوات في التدريس، ويفضل وجود خبرة إشرافية.
• Familiarity with MOE regulations and international school environments.
  معرفة بلوائح وزارة التعليم وبيئة المدارس الدولية.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  مهارات قوية في التواصل والقيادة والتنظيم.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
  إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية.
• Highly skilled in the latest educational technologies.
  مهارة عالية في استخدام أحدث التقنيات في مجال التعليم.
