Job Summary / ملخص الوظيفة

The Academic Director is the educational leader responsible for fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and culturally respectful learning environment.

مدير(ة) الشؤون الأكاديمية هو القائد التعليمي المسؤول عن خلق بيئة تعليمية عالية الأداء، شاملة، وتحترم القيم الثقافية.

She/He oversees curriculum implementation, faculty development, and student achievement, while ensuring alignment with international standards and Saudi Ministry of Education regulations.

يشرف على تنفيذ المناهج، وتطوير المعلمين، وإنجازات الطلاب، مع ضمان توافق السياسات الأكاديمية مع المعايير العالمية ولوائح وزارة التعليم السعودية.

Key Responsibilities / المسؤوليات الرئيسية

Curriculum Leadership / قيادة المناهج

• Ensure the effective delivery of the international curriculum while integrating Arabic language, Islamic studies, and national identity.
• ضمان تنفيذ المناهج الدولية بكفاءة مع دمج اللغة العربية، والدراسات الإسلامية، والهوية الوطنية.

Teaching Staff Development / تطوير الهيئة التعليمية

• Recruit, mentor, and assess teachers, and promote a culture of continuous professional growth.
• استقطاب، وتوجيه، وتقييم المعلمين، وتعزيز ثقافة التطوير المهني المستمر.

Student Achievement / أداء الطلاب

• Monitor academic outcomes and implement intervention plans.
• متابعة نتائج التحصيل الأكاديمي وتطبيق خطط التدخل المناسبة.

Strategic Planning / التخطيط الإستراتيجي

• Lead academic strategy in line with the school’s mission and vision.
• قيادة التخطيط الأكاديمي بما يتماشى مع رسالة المدرسة ورؤيتها.

Co-Curricular Activities / الأنشطة اللاصفية

• Ensure planning and supervision of co-curricular activities that align with curriculum and cultural values.
• بناء خطط الأنشطة اللاصفية والإشراف على تنفيذها بما يتماشى مع المنهج والثقافة. 
  

Compliance & Accreditation / الاعتمادات والامتثال

• Ensure compliance with local education laws and maintain international accreditation standards.
• ضمان الامتثال للوائح التعليم المحلية والحفاظ على المعايير الدولية للاعتماد.

Community Engagement / التواصل المجتمعي

• Build effective relationships with parents and the wider school community.
• بناء علاقات فعالة مع أولياء الأمور والمجتمع المدرسي.

Innovation & Well-being / الابتكار والرفاهية

• Promote innovative teaching methods and student well-being initiatives.
• تعزيز أساليب التدريس المبتكرة ومبادرات رفاهية الطلاب.

Data and Reports / التقارير والبيانات

• Create academic reports based on data analysis and take data-driven actions.
• إعداد التقارير الأكاديمية واتخاذ قرارات مبنية على البيانات المستنتجة.

Qualifications & Experience / المؤهلات والخبرة

• Master’s degree in Education or Educational Leadership.
  درجة الماجستير في التربية أو القيادة التعليمية.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international education leadership.
  خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في القيادة التعليمية بمدارس دولية.
• Familiarity with MOE regulations and international curricula.
  معرفة بلوائح وزارة التعليم والمناهج الدولية.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  مهارات ممتازة في القيادة والتواصل.
• Highly skilled in the latest educational technologies.
  مهارة عالية في استخدام أحدث التقنيات في مجال التعليم.
