From a rented building, the message of human development began and evolved into modern structures that housed hundreds of outstanding Tahdeeb schools were -individuals. Al the house of their excellence. As an Tahdeeb -educational institution, Al started with 60 students in its first year building in 1991. However, in a rented today it is one of the influential educational institutions in the Eastern region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, not only in its educational facilities in Qatif but also -Dammam, Saihat, and Al in the quality of its outputs. Thousands of students begin their mornings in its queues, and hundreds have signed their names on the list of global achievers. Over the past decades, it has proudly produced graduates who became doctors, engineers, teachers, .and managers in specialized fields Tahdeeb Company has set an -Al ambitious vision to become the leading educational company in promoting talent, creativity, growth, and profitability in line with the Kingdom's
vision. Based on this vision, strategic goals, initiatives, and programs were developed to achieve these objectives within specified timelines and clear performance indicators to monitor goal .achievement Tahdeeb schools are among the -Al distinguished schools in the Kingdom that have met the standards of nurturing talent and creativity, which led to their selection for a strategic partnership with the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba) to build, nurture, and attract talented -students and provide them with a high quality educational environment with advanced enrichment programs, curricula, and activities. Gifted Tahdeeb schools -students in Al represent 15% of the total number of students. The partnership with Mawhiba includes all our schools in the private and international curricula for boys and girls. As a result of this successful partnership, the talented Tahdeeb have shone at -students of Al the national and international scientific competitions, representing the Kingdom in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, and computer .science Our students' achievements in international and local scientific competitions have continued to excel, achieving qualitative and advanced accomplishments surpassing other .schools in the Kingdom We have been keen on maintaining and improving the quality of all educational outputs in our schools. This is confirmed by the significant progress in the ranking of our schools according to the general ranking index issued by the Education and Training Evaluation Commission in the Aptitude and Tahdeeb -Al .Achievement tests Secondary Schools for Girls are among the top ten schools in the Kingdom, Tahdeeb Secondary Schools -and Al for Boys are among the top twenty and strive to consistently reach the top ten. We have also been committed to international implementing the highest Tahdeeb -standards in education. Al was one of the first educational companies in the Kingdom to achieve institutional global accreditation from Cognia/AdvancED, the international American institution. We also sought to obtain the highest levels of national accreditation from the Education and Training Evaluation Commission in the Tahdeeb's -Kingdom to fulfill Al mission of committing to the upbringing of a productive generation through enhanced education based on inspiring global quality standards in an educational environment that supports .creativity and innovation The company has remained committed to continuing its growth in light of the existing growth drivers, including the Kingdom's high economic growth, increased focus on educational quality, higher enrollment rates in private education, and the government's direction towards privatizing education.
