Job Summary
Business development, along with the operational and strategic development of the company, involves discovering and presenting ideas and initiatives that can contribute to increased revenue in terms of expansion and growth.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Developing additional revenue streams by investing the company’s available resources in activities and initiatives beyond education and training income. • Contributing to identifying and monitoring growth and expansion opportunities through studying the current market, its trends, available opportunities, expected threats, and emerging needs. • Developing long-term strategic plans aimed at increasing business growth and expansion. • Building successful new partnerships and establishing a strong network of potential clients, stakeholders, and market influencers. • Studying and analysing current trends and activities within competing schools. • Developing brand-building strategies and strengthening the company’s brand presence in the market. • Identifying target clients, developing marketing strategies and tools, and enhancing the brand’s digital presence. • Studying potential markets, identifying and securing new market shares, and focusing on the future by understanding both the opportunities and challenges it presents.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields such as Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration, Sales or Economics with at least 5 years of practical experience in business development.
